What is the International Young Talent Program (V.I.E) ?
To help businesses look for new sources of growth abroad, the French government has created the International Young Talent Program. This international mobility program gives you the opportunity to entrust a professional assignment abroad to a talented young professional, aged between 18 and 28, from France or another country in the European Economic Area.

Why choose the V.I.E program?
You pay an allowance, which is exempt from any social security contributions in France.
We help you to identify the different types of financial assistance available.
Recruitment, payroll and immigration advice, etc. We take care of the bulk of the administrative aspects associated with your V.I.E project.
You choose the duration of the V.I.E assignment, from six to 24 months, and the country of assignment. You can even share a V.I.E mission with another business. We adapt to your needs.
