Our aims
Exports and economic attractiveness: aiming high for France
More exporters, more exports
We’re convinced that exporting is an opportunity and a necessity for businesses, as well as for our regions, growth and employment.
This is why we set strong goals: 200,000 export businesses by 2030. To achieve this, we’re rolling out field prospecting and consolidating the Team France teams across France’s regions.
To give businesses the best chance of conquering markets, we’re fast-tracking digital prospecting and promotion, which puts our SMEs in contact with buyers around the world.
We’re also strengthening intensive collective support programs for high-potential businesses.
Lastly, we actively promote the VIE International Internship Program, a ready-to-use HR solution that enables businesses to employ a young graduate in the country where they wish to export.
Economic attractiveness: remaining Number 1
We want to remain one of the leading destination countries for high value-added foreign investments.
For this purpose, we strive to guarantee investors easy and rapid access to complete information on growing sectors, innovative ecosystems, available land and equipped sites.
We’re also keen to court the best investment projects, particularly those which strengthen our sectors, to place them at the forefront of global economic competition.
Finally, we’re increasing the mobilization of public and private key players on economic attractiveness to strengthen support for investors.
Taking the “France 2030” plan internationally
We’re developing an international development strategy for the “France 2030” investment plan with three aims:
- To intensify the growth of selected businesses;
- To fast-track the reindustrialization of France;
- To make our country a world champion in decarbonization.
To do this, we’re rolling out “France 2030 Export” customer journeys to make “France 2030”-winning businesses export champions.
We’re courting foreign investment projects that provide essential technological building blocks for the reconstruction of a powerful industry.
Finally, we’re attracting international talent who fill the missing skills in the “France 2030” key priorities.
More broadly, we’re mobilizing all international players by expanding the Team France Export and Invest teams to new partners. We’re creating new Team France sectors in high-growth segments and opening the Team France countries up to other key players abroad.
