AFD helps implement France's development and international solidarity policies. Through its financing activities for the public sector and NGOs, its research work and publications, its training in sustainable development and its awareness-raising initiatives in France, it finances, supports and accelerates transitions towards a fairer, more resilient world.

Bpifrance finances startups, SMEs and ETIs at every stage of their development (credit, guarantees, equity) in their innovation and international projects. Alongside its Team France Export partners (Bpifrance, Business France, CCI, Regions), the one-stop shop offers a complete continuum of development support solutions to facilitate, connect, finance and secure international business flows, involving three directions: insurance, financing and export development (range of export products, support solutions).

The French Foreign Trade Advisors form a network of 4,500 business leaders and international experts, chosen for their skills, within the French export team and in the service of France. On a daily basis, they carry out concrete actions in partnership with public and private players involved in promoting and supporting the internationalization of French companies. Present in France and in over 140 countries worldwide, the CCEs are entrusted by the public authorities with four missions: advising public authorities, supporting companies, training young people in international business and promoting the attractiveness of France.

CCI France federates the network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry throughout France. Its mission is to lead, support and advise the CCIs in their missions to promote economic development, attractiveness and regional planning. The CCIs of France work with Business France and Bpifrance through a one-stop shop, Team France Export, which provides companies with a clear and effective offer to support them in their international development.

The CCI France International network brings together the French Chambers of Commerce and Industry, present in 95 countries. It supports French companies in their international development, offering consulting, training and networking services, as well as business location and accommodation services. Thanks to its local expertise and worldwide network, it facilitates the internationalization of businesses and supports their growth on a global scale.

The Chambers of Agriculture, a local network serving the development of agriculture.

Founded in 1924, the Chambers of Agriculture are public institutions run by elected representatives of all players in the agricultural, rural and forestry sectors. Working alongside French farmers at departmental, regional and national level, the Chambers of Agriculture bring together 3,200 elected representatives and employ over 8,000 staff, including almost 6,500 managers and technicians. The Chambers of Agriculture work to represent the interests of farmers, promote sustainable and innovative agricultural practices, and provide expertise and advice for rural development.

The Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat (CMA) is a French public institution dedicated to promoting, developing and representing the craft trades. It plays a crucial role in supporting craftspeople throughout their career, from initial training to setting up and running their own business.

For several years now, customs have been committed to supporting the international development of French businesses. Business advisory units (CCE) are located within the economic action poles of the regional customs and excise departments, offering a personalized diagnosis to help businesses make their customs operations more reliable and identify opportunities.

Working for the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, the Direction Générale des Entreprises (DGE) designs and implements public policies to support business development.

France Travail is France's public employment service, replacing Pôle emploi since January 1, 20241. Its main mission is to support jobseekers in their search for work and facilitate their return to employment. France Travail also helps companies to recruit, by collecting job offers and putting employers and candidates in touch with each other.

The Institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI) is a major player in innovation and creation in France. It issues industrial property titles (patents, trademarks, designs and models), and promotes economic development through its awareness-raising and training initiatives. It also operates the one-stop shop for business formalities (start-ups, modifications, closures) and the National Business Register.

MEDEF (Mouvement des Entreprises de France) is the leading employers' organization in France. MEDEF represents the interests of French companies, notably in dealings with public authorities, trade unions and international institutions.

MEDEF plays a key role in social dialogue in France, participating in negotiations on subjects such as labor law, taxation and professional training. It aims to promote an environment conducive to economic growth and job creation.

Promosalons is an associative network dedicated to promoting and marketing French trade shows internationally. With 50 offices covering 80 countries, Promosalons offers broad geographic coverage and tailored solutions to raise the profile of French trade shows.

Régions de France brings together all the Regions of France, which are the local authorities responsible for a strategy of internationalization of businesses, attraction of foreign investment and decentralized cooperation. They have exclusive jurisdiction over business aid and are responsible for supporting SMEs and ETIs in their development strategies. As part of a State and Regional policy, each Region is a member of Team France Export and Team France Invest. Three presidents of regional councils are members of the Business France Board of Directors.

Under the authority of the Prime Minister, the Secrétariat général pour l'Investissement (SGPI) is responsible for ensuring the coherence and monitoring of the State's investment policy through the deployment of the “France 2030” plan.
