International Young Talent Program (V.I.E) for all
The “Dare to Export” plan supported by the French government promotes the diversification of the profiles of young beneficiaries of the International Young Talent Program (Volontariat International en Entreprise – VIE).
It is a way to remove visible and invisible socio-economic barriers, giving everyone the possibility of international development.
The state grants funding of €4,500 for missions whose international young talent come from training courses two or three years after A-levels, or who reside in priority areas (quartiers prioritaires de la ville).

Conditions
- This subsidy is valid for new missions of at least 12 months.
- Each business can benefit from the subsidy for a maximum of three missions per calendar year.
- Only businesses under French law with International Young Talent Program approval will be able to benefit from this state aid.
- A de minimis aid declaration must be duly completed and signed
How to benefit
The “VIE for all” aid from the “Dare to Export” plan is intended for SMEs and mid-size companies.
Step 1
The business submits a VIE project, via its corporate account, specifying that the selected candidate meets one of the following two criteria:
- Young talents holding a diploma (two or three years after A-levels)
- Young talents living in a priority areas identified in municipal policy. Data on QPVs are available on the government website: sig.ville.gouv.fr
Step 2
The Business France teams check the eligibility conditions.
Step 3
Once the grant has been validated, the funding is paid after the VIE contract takes effect and after payment of the invoice for the 12th month of the mission.
