Every year since 2005, the Financial Times has published a list of the best Masters in Management programs. Reserved exclusively for EQUIS and/or AACSB accredited schools, the British economic and financial newspaper’s classification serves as a unique reference in the world of management schools.
This year once again, France is the country with the highest number of schools, with 25 establishments featured in the 2018 rankings, including three in the top five: HEC (2nd), Essec (4th) and ESCP Europe (5th). It is followed by the United Kingdom, with 19 institutions, Germany (6), Belgium (5), and the Netherlands (4).
French business schools stand out thanks to the international outlook of both their curriculum and their faculty members, their openness to women and the qualifications held by teaching staff.
Finally, French school graduates appear very satisfied with the teaching they have received and their overall experience: 91% of HEC graduates and 90% of ESSEC graduates believe that they have achieved the objectives they had set themselves.
