Paris, May 2, 2024 – EY today publishes its 2024 France Attractiveness Survey. This survey, updated every year, lists foreign investment projects in Europe and focuses on the perception of France among economic decision-makers. It therefore assesses real and perceived economic attractiveness, comparing the main European countries.

Paris, February 29, 2024 – Business France today reveals the national figures of the 2023 Annual Report on job-creating foreign investment in France, which reflect the confidence that foreign investors have in France in an unstable global economic environment.

Since it was launched by the President of the French Republic in January 2018, the Choose France Summit has become an essential annual economic event for international investors.

French Tech innovations ready to be discovered at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) from 5th to 8th January 2023. For this edition of the show, Business France will be supporting over 200 French start-ups in two pavilions. Under the French Tech brand, the French start-ups will present their smart solutions as they confront the international tech ecosystem.

For the sixth year in a row, Business France will be supporting French startups at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The French delegation will be spread over two separate stands. Most of the startups in attendance (26) will be at the French Tech pavilion (Eureka Park), while the 10 startups specializing in future vehicle technology (see page 10) will be posted at the France Pavilion (LVCC Central Plaza – Pavilion CP-4).

The annual IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook analyses the capacity of countries to stimulate and sustain business competitiveness, using a composite competitiveness index based on four pillars: economic performance, government efficiency, business efficiency, and infrastructure. In 2018, France rose three places and is now ranked 28th in the world.

Business France has continued to build upon its success for the second successive year following its creation in January 2015, according to improved operating results across the board published Thursday, as greater synergies between supporting French exporters and attracting foreign investment to France start to pay off.
