Paris, the city of light, strives to create a vibrant economic environment enabling innovation to prosper and to consolidate its status as a leading European business-friendly hub with a robust legal system. The goal of this international conference is to promote Paris as a center for business, digital, IP and tech law and to be shared by and benefit a broad range of professionals and institutional representatives from the international business, intellectual property, innovation and digital law communities.
This international conference will be organized by the French Ministry for Justice and the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance. It will be jointly hosted by the French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute, representing French IP attorneys, the Paris Bar Association, representing Paris-based lawyers, France Brevets, an investment fund for the promotion of innovation and patent monetization, and UNIFAB, a French anti-counterfeiting association.
Business France is a partner of this event and is joined by other specialized organizations: the French Association of IP Specialists (ASPI), the French Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (ACPI), the French Association of in-house Lawyers (AFJE), Paris Ile de France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI Île de France), and RWS.
