The Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with EY, has published the sixth edition of its survey, entitled “German companies in France: economic situation, perceptions and prospects 2018-2022”.
The survey revealed a significant improvement in 2018 of German companies’ confidence in the business climate in France.
Ninety percent of these companies now consider France’s economic situation to be good or satisfactory compared with 41% for the last business survey published in 2016. Furthermore, nearly 8 in 10 companies declare themselves satisfied with their business activity in France and envisage further investment (43%) and job creation (44%) in the coming year.
